The whole team were accommodating, friendly and keen to assist despite me having dropped into the dealership with no prior appointment. Bradley in particular was fantastic - an absolute God-send!

Everything about the experience was spot on. Booking in was easy, appointment at a time that suited me, they gave me lift to the station so I could get to work, managed to get a part in in time for me to collect the car on my way home. Perfect.

The staff explained what work was necessary on my car and how long it would take. When I explained that I had an appointment that afternoon a member of staff offered to drive me to my appointment and also arranged to collect me and bring me back.
The work done was great! However, the car needed new front discs and I was quoted £180. I have had another quote for £75, so why the difference. It is a 45 minute job and the parts cost just under £30. Disappointing from Mini!

The Tamworth Mini centre, and in particular a young man called Chris Wheeler, were brilliant throughout the process. We always felt informed and aware of the process, timescales, costs and delivery of the vehicle.
After 1st service, i found I was originally mis-sold the TLC package, I was told the TLC covered everthing apart from the 'rubber' parts, i double checked this with the saleman and was told yes, so to receive a bill for over £420 for the 1st service

Richard Goring took time to understand why I wanted a MIni and what model I wanted. He made suggestions in a way that I felt particularly comfortable, given my age (83) and not wanted to feel under pressure. He was patient and extremely helpful.

Totally pain free. All information clear and easy to understand. Bradley was really informative and made me feel very welcome. Even offered me a lift to the shops as I said I was going for a walk while I waited. I was given refreshments too!

Excellent service from friendly and informative staff.
This was the first service from Mini and the service details especially the video of the service overview was excellent. However, the Mini system had identified one brake pad was in the need of replacement, (could not complete commentary no space)
